FAQs

What are the characteristics of PES series energy storage products and which scenarios are they mainly used for?

The PES series hybrid unit is a mobile hybrid system and energy-saving system product designed for off grid applications such as leasing, construction, ports, mining, events, emergencies, and ship power supply. It supports solar power input and diesel generator input, and can be used in combination with batteries or independently. It can provide users with independent power supply or efficient energy products that are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

  • The overall protection level of the product is IP54, suitable for harsh usage environments;
  • Series product power output range: 30-500kWe;
  • EMS intelligent management system, real-time detection and scheduling of BMS system, PCS system, etc., and can be operated through local HMI or remote APP&Web;
  • The BMS system adopts a three-level management architecture of battery stack, battery cluster, and battery pack, with a total capacity of 62-576kWh and supports 1C charging/discharging.

What are the characteristics of PHE series energy storage products and which scenarios are they mainly used for?

PHE is a mobile hybrid energy system product that is powered by batteries, diesel generators, photovoltaics, and other sources.

  • Power output range: 125-500kWe;
  • The battery system uses liquid-cooled battery packs with a total capacity of 237-1040kWh.
  • EMS intelligent management system, which can be operated through local HMI or remote APP&Web;
  • The whole machine is suitable for environmental temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 ℃.

The PHE series products can be widely used in off-grid application scenarios such as leasing, construction, ports, mining, sports events, emergency response, and ship power supply.

How long is the battery life? Can the battery be replaced?

The designed service life is usually based on a charge and discharge life of over 6000 cycles, with approximately 10 years of use per day; The battery pack can be replaced by simply unplugging the cable connector and reinstalling up to 10 bolts. The replaced battery pack can be recycled at a discounted price.

How to choose PowerLink energy storage products?

PowerLink energy storage products can be divided into two categories: hybrid systems and microgrid systems, which can be selected according to application scenarios.

There are three major series of mobile hybrid products, with different specifications, control logic, functional scope, and application scenarios. It is necessary to determine our application requirements and then match the functions of each series of products according to these major requirements.

The mobile microgrid series products have 3 major series and 14 application scenarios, including 10 for low voltage systems and 4 for medium to high voltage systems. They can operate in parallel and off grid environments, and have obvious advantages in peak shaving and frequency regulation, peak valley arbitrage, green power de oiling, and uninterruptible power supply applications. Based on the application scenarios, the major product categories are selected and matched with specific model specifications.

Do the PES and RHE series only have three-phase output? Can three-phase and single-phase output be carried out simultaneously?

PES only has three-phase output, RHE12S and RHE24S in the RHE series have single-phase output, while other products have three-phase output. Three phase and single-phase cannot be output simultaneously
