Hybrid energy systems are mainly aimed at off grid scenarios, providing complementary power supply through multiple energy sources such as energy storage batteries, photovoltaics, and diesel generators to meet customers’ demand for reliable electricity.
Microgrid system is a battery energy storage system suitable for both parallel and off grid application scenarios. It has the characteristics of high integration, ultra-high energy density, and flexible configuration, and can provide users with independent power stations or efficient energy products that are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
What are the characteristics of ABS series energy storage products and which scenarios are they mainly used in?
he ABS series hybrid unit is a trailer mobile hybrid system and energy-saving system product designed for off grid application scenarios such as leasing, mining areas, construction sites, emergency rescue, outdoor activities, etc.
- Support solar power generation input and diesel generator input, mixed with batteries or used independently;
- Supports one click switching between 480V/208V dual voltages through the human-machine interface (HMI);
- Energy storage battery system, with a total capacity of 237-1040kWh, supporting 1C charging/discharging;
- EMS intelligent management system, real-time detection and scheduling of BMS system, PCS system, etc., and can be operated through local HMI or remote APP&Web;
- The battery system adopts liquid cooling method and is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 ℃;
- The overall protection level of the machine is IP54, suitable for a wide range of usage environments;

Is battery energy storage efficient?
Battery energy storage is one of the most efficient technologies in the power production chain. They can avoid waste and fully utilize the potential of renewable energy and distribution networks. During low demand periods, excess electricity is stored in batteries or sent to the grid, while during peak demand periods, energy storage batteries are discharged and supplied to users, achieving efficient energy utilization.
Is the energy storage system safe?
The energy storage device is installed in a special container connected to the power grid and equipped with advanced safety measures, such as using a battery pack level fire protection system, using perfluorohexane fire extinguishing agent, and each battery pack is designed with an independent fire protection pipeline. The EMS intelligent management system can perform local HMI or remote APP&Web operations on energy storage devices to check their operation and take safety measures when maintenance is required.
How long is the battery life? Can the battery be replaced?
The designed service life is usually based on a charge and discharge life of over 6000 cycles, with approximately 10 years of use per day; The battery pack can be replaced by simply unplugging the cable connector and reinstalling up to 10 bolts. The replaced battery pack can be recycled at a discounted price.
